奥巴马访问非洲
奥巴马于7月24-28日访问了非洲的肯尼亚和埃塞俄比亚，并在25日参加了在内罗毕举办的第6届全球创业峰会，这是他于2009年创立的峰会，2010年在美国举行了第一届。他还表示，美国将于今年年底之前在马里设立妇女创业中心，支持非洲妇女创业。此前，美国已在肯尼亚和赞比亚设立妇女创业中心。奥巴马在肯尼亚和埃塞俄比亚的非洲联盟总部作了两场演讲。他于7月28日在非洲联盟发表演讲时指出：非洲正在发生转变，世界各国也应摒弃认为非洲陷于贫困和战乱这种旧观念，积极与非洲国家合作，共赢共利。世界必须认识到非洲惊人的进步。奥巴马同时指出，非洲如果要保持持续发展，则需克服腐败。腐败消耗了本应使用在经济发展、创造就业以及改善健康环境的数十亿美元。只有消除腐败，非洲才能长久发展。他还强调了美国将在四个领域加强与非洲的合作：粮食安全、公共卫生、电力和培养新一代非洲领袖和企业家。奥巴马作为非洲后裔，能够当上美国总统，必有其过人之处。他已经认识到非洲正在崛起。我们希望他的这些保证能够尽快落实。附上他在非盟的演讲和非洲对他访问的两种不同意见。供参考。
