致读者信

   近期，总有人会问我非洲发展的前景。我的回答是非洲的问题不少，但其发展前途不可估量。重要原因之一是非洲人的自觉。这种自觉反映在对世界的看法和对非洲自身的认识上。有的中国人在对中美关系和中非关系的认识上有一种十分明显的反差：自卑和自傲。一谈到中美关系，总觉得美国什么都好；一谈到中非关系，总觉得非洲什么都不行。这种反差既是对他国缺乏客观的认识，也是一种不健全的心理反应。最近看到中科大副研究员袁岚峰博士投给观察者网的一篇文章，标题为《解读中国科技实力正以多快的加速度逼近美国》（http://mil.news.sina.com.cn/2015-08-13/0938836972.html），有理有据，很受感染，特推荐给大家。沉痛悼念在天津爆炸事故中去世的人们。
