  非洲的经济发展仍在加速，与其他国家的关系也在加强。奥巴马一个月前访问了这个大陆，并启动了一些新的合作项目。印度－非洲峰会将于今年10月份举行，50个非洲国家的国家元首和政府首脑将出席这一峰会。印度尼赫鲁大学非洲研究中心与印度非洲研究会将在10月9－10日联合举办题为“非洲与日本、中国、韩国和印度的交往：一个比较的视角”的国际研讨会。本期因此多加了几条印度－非洲关系的消息。今年年底，中非合作论坛第6次部长级会议在南非举办，将会启动新一轮的中非合作项目。从国际投资的情况看，非洲大陆正在成为一块热土。
