致读者信
新年伊始，《北大非洲电讯》刊载了多条非洲发展的好消息，既有创新，也有合作，既有政治经济，也有文化生活，我们看到一个蓬勃向上的非洲。然而，各种干扰依旧连绵不断。近期以来，在尼日利亚、索马里、突尼斯、马里、布基纳法索等地相继遭遇不测风云。这些事件既说明非洲内部的恐怖主义势力盘根错节，也与外部势力的干涉密切相关。这些势力遥相呼应，逐渐形成一条连接西非、北非和东非的“萨赫勒-东非不稳定之弧”。本期也有三条关于非洲的负面消息，均与外来势力的干涉有关，值得非洲人民的警惕和研究非洲的学者关注。
