哈巍,哈佛大学公共政策博士。北京大学教育学院/教育经济研究所百人计划研究员,现任北京大学教育学院副院长,北京大学非洲研究中心兼职研究员。
1999年毕业于北京大学并参加工作,2002年获北京大学教育经济学硕士,2007年获哈佛大学公共政策博士学位,随后进入世界银行、联合国等国际机构工作。2009年获选联合国儿童基金会(UNICEF)杰出青年人才计划(驻肯尼亚社会政策专家),2010-2011年任联合国儿童基金会津巴布韦国家办公室社会政策专家,2012-2013年任联合国儿童基金会坦桑尼亚国家办公室社会政策专家。
近年来主持各类科研项目10项,发表中英文论文33篇;参加境内外各类会议40余次;获得科研奖励2项。开设《教育项目定量评估方法》《教育政策运作与分析方法论》《国际组织理论与实务》和《国际发展合作与中国》四门课程,其中《国际发展合作与中国》主要面向燕京学堂的各国留学生,课程主要介绍中国近年来的成功发展经验以及伴随着中国的和平崛起,中国在国际援助领域所承担的角色的转变与未来的发展方向,并着重探讨了中国经济发展对欠发达国家,尤其是对非洲的影响。
